The Symposium on Mechanics, Materials, and Mechanobiology (M3) is a premier international gathering bringing together leading researchers in mechanics, advanced materials, and mechanobiology. This special symposium celebrates the remarkable contributions and 70th birthdays of two distinguished professors:

Prof. Eduard Arzt, renowned for his pioneering work on bio-inspired adhesion and the mechanics of thin films.

Prof. K. Jimmy Hsia, celebrated for his groundbreaking research in mechanics of soft materials and mechanobiology.
